Oh! Updated to say.. there are no peas left at the Sports Arena location. Here is why

A gentlemen came up behind me and started snatching all the peas like they were the last peas on Earth. Because his arms were flying all over the place I was scared to put my arm out in fear he would chop it off. Instead I simply asked as he grabbed the last two cans, “Hey, can I grab a can of peas”. He looked at his hands and then at the empty shelf and said “There is none left”. Ass.

If you’re in San Diego and in need of barbecue sauce for cheap, head over to the Ralphs on Sports Arena (next to Target & Home Depot). At the back of store there is an entire cart full of KC Masterpiece original flavor bbq sauce marked down to .50 each.

I checked a few dates and they didn’t expire until 2011. I don’t know of any coupons but if you happen to have one, these would be free!

On a side note, Ralphs also had twin packs of 50oz Coke products (in the soda isle) for $2.49 with Ralphs card. Attached to most of them were $1.00 off coupons which would bring the total to only $1.49 for two.

.75 for a 50 oz bottle is a decent deal. These look to be new and are probably available at most Ralphs… might be worth taking a peek next time your at the store.

This was a new markdown for my store as they weren’t there last week when I grabbed the desk lamp which by the way is only $1.25 now (plus a $2 rebate).

If you are in the San Diego area, I found the omelet maker at the CVS on Midway (next to Henrys). They had four or five left. There were no desk lamps left at this location.

I paid about $18 total for everything. The shorts were the most expensive at $7, the shirt was $3 and the two pairs of jeans were about $4 each. What a deal!

I would assume this sale is going on everywhere but not positive. I asked the cashier when the sale would be ending, she wasn’t sure but said at least until Friday.

If you are in the San Diego area, I purchased all of these items at the Fashion Valley location. They only had a little clearance left but there were still several pair of jeans.

I also checked out the Mission Valley location. They had a lot more stuff (mostly women’s clothing). I couldn’t find the clearance section right away, they have it hidden in the very back left hand side of the store.

I used two printed $1.60 coupons and two $1 coupons from a Sunday insert and ended up paying only .80 for all four bags!

The $1.60 coupons are no longer available to print but you can print $1.00 coupons in several places and get them for just .50 a bag.

This week Walgreens is offering $5 Register Rewards (Walgreens cash) when you buy three One A Day Multivitamin products. I’ve been reading that the One A Day Women’s Multivitamin Drink Mix two packs were working with this deal so I thought I would give it a try.

These were marked $1.49 but rang up at only .99 each. I grabbed three and like magic the $5 Register Rewards printed. In the end I spent $3 and received $5. What a deal!

If you are in the San Diego area, I found these at Walgreens on Rosecrans and Midway in Point Loma. They were located right up front near the checkouts. Plenty left!

On the box was a $2 rebate form so after rebate the desk lamp will only end up costing $1.47. What a deal! It even comes with an energy saving light bulb. Here is what it looks like out of the box. There were also other styles to choose from.

The rebate expires on September 30th, 2009 so be sure and send it in somewhat quickly if you find one at your local CVS.
