Bruegger’s recently introduced a new Skinny Bagel that tastes the same as a regular bagel but will save you about 100 calories per serving.
The new Skinny Bagels are actually the same Bruegger’s bagels you’re used to but cut in a way that removes about a third of the center. So, you still get the unique crust and toppings just not all the calories. I can get on board with that!
Bruegger’s also offers light versions of their flavored cream cheese, egg white substitutions, and low calorie spreads for lunch sandwiches, such as sun-dried tomato spread instead of mayo. Yum!
