I think most people pronounce it “que-pon” (I do).

I do this every year. I seem to be the only one in my neighborhood that participates though which is a little sad. Hopefully this year will be different!

This year I have loads of Glucerena cereal boxes that I’m thrilled to be finding homes for! I figure after I dig thru the cabinets, I will have two or three bags this time.

I’m sure the postal workers want to help but I bet a little part of them spots the bags and thinks, “something else I have to carry, wonderful”. My mom said “I wonder if they pick thru the food and take home the good stuff?” I thought it was funny.

On a side note, don’t forget stamps go up from .41 to .42 cents on Monday (May 12th). Be sure and grab a book of forever stamps before then! It’s not a load of money but you ought to know by now, I believe the pennies do count.
