Several months ago I won a $25 Williams Sonoma gift card but couldn’t find anything I wanted could afford so I stuck it in my “Maybe I’ll Ebay Someday” pile.
A couple weeks ago, I came across PlasticJungle.com. The site says they pay up to 90% of the gift card value, so I thought I would try it out.
I punched in my card information and to my surprise, was offered a $20 check or $21 Amazon for my unwanted gift card. Right on. I’m all about the extra dollar so I chose Amazon. 
I printed out the pre-paid shipping label, taped it on an envelope and dropped it in the mailbox completely FREE to me!
I was still a bit skeptical thinking I may never see this Amazon money or my gift card again but to my surprise less than a week later, I received my Amazon code via email (checks probably take a bit longer).
PlasticJungle also offers gift cards for sale at discounted prices. I haven’t used this service yet but definitely will when I’m in the market for a gift card.

I heard some very bad reviews on this company..just google it.
