Apply to be a part of the Nielsen’s Homescan Consumer Panel. Basically you document everything you buy with the supplied hand held scanner to earn points which can be traded for prizes.

I’ve never done this myself but I’ve heard that the amount of time it takes isn’t worth the prizes you get but it still may be something you’ve wanted to try out.
