My Blog Spark and Yoplait recently asked if I would like to try the new Yoplait YoPlus Light yogurt. I of course said yes and promptly received free product coupons to give it a try.

YoPlus Light comes in three flavors- Key Lime Pie, Honey Vanilla and Strawberry Banana. We tried the Honey Vanilla. I’m not a huge yogurt person but I actually think this is pretty good. My son apparently thinks it’s pretty good as well because each time I open the fridge there seems to be one less container.
Of course that’s not a problem because YoPlus Light contains only 70 calories along with a special blend of probiotic cultures and three grams of natural dietary fiber.

I exercise six days a week — sometimes seven. I’m selective about what I eat and I usually start my mornings off with oatmeal followed by a morning snack of yogurt.

I maintain a healthy lifestyle by going for walks with my lovely bride. My nine year old boy loves to go to the park and throw a football around – so we do that a couple times a week. My two college sons play volleyball so I do that with them and get pummelled, but I just enjoy time with them and getting the exersize. Most of all, my wife packs a sack lunch for each of us during the weekdays. She has heped get me off soda and even throws in a YoPlus of two that really make my day.
I don’t do drugs. Well, the illegal ones, lol.

We maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating as clean as possible with all fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains and as few processed foods as humanly possible. Add in 4 days a week at the gym and keeping up on doctor and dentist visits and hopefully we will live long healthy lives with kids who grow up with no food issues.
I can always use some help maintaining a healthy lifestyle as it’s a constant struggle for me. But we’ve been trying to make meals at home more and to include whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies. We also walk when we can. Thanks.
I try to walk every day, but truthfully I don’t eat as healthfully as I should. I need to get more fruits in my diet……
I go outside everyday, and try and find things to do, whether is raking or working in the garden, or taking a bike ride.

Since I’ve gotten older I keep an eye on my diet. I’ve tried to take advice of many and only shop the outer aisles at the grocery store. I eat more vegatables and eat lean meats. I alos walk whenever possible, even late nights at the grocery store or likes when there are very few other shoppers, there are others who are there doing the same thing and it’s nice.

Well, after having two kids in the last two years, I’m FINALLY on track! I’m going to the gym a few days a week to do spinning and I walk with my friend on Thursdays. I park farther away, I’m eating less carbs, turkey instead of beef, whole grains and controlling my portions!
