I like to use Vaseline petroleum jelly as a quick remedy for chapped and dry skin.
We take the steps anytime we can as a quick workout.
Park farther away from a store.
My skin care tip is to avoid washing my face with soap. I wash with a mild cleanser instead!
Always make sure to stretch and warm-up when you can.
Always remember to use sun screen. Even on cloudy days you can get burned.
My tip is moisturize! moisturize! moisturize!
My skincare tip is to moisturize clean skin before bed, you wake up looking really refreshed.
If, like us, you live where a furnace is necessary, be sure to also use a humidifier. The furnace pulls all the moisture out of the air, and that will in turn leave your skin feeling dryer too!

Always take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Since I was out of shape, I started walking. Then I started walking for 2 minutes and then running for 2 minutes. After doing this the entire summer, I was able to run in 3 5k runs and next year I’m thinking about running in 1 or 2 15k runs.

Walk up the stairs instead of taking the elevator.

Moisturizing is a must for my skin to be healthy.

Exercise: Always take the stairs and play with your kids. My son gives me a workout everyday. Take a walk. Fresh air is good for you and relaxing.
Skin: Moisturize morning and night, and be sure to use SPF lotion in the mornings.
