Go through this link to get the free note cards. Once you create your account, click on my account in the upper right hand corner. You should see your offers on the right hand side of the screen or just click account credits and then create your note cards.
The note cards will show as free and shipping is $2.99 at checkout. Add code SLIMSHIP to get free shipping. I tried to go through PayPal but it wouldn’t work so I put in a credit card number and then continued. The conformation page showed a total of $0.00. FREE!
