A few months ago I decided a really needed a Flip Video Camera. Being the frugal person that I am I didn’t really want to buy one so I started entering sweepstakes to win one!
Amazon ended up having a sale on the 30 minute Flip so I bought it and gave up my search to win.
Fast forward to yesterday…
Oh! What’s this jammed in my mailbox? A brand new 60 minute Flip Video Camera! Woohoo! I’m sure it came from a sweepstakes but the box had no information and there was no letter inside so I’m just not sure from who. But thanks!
I love sweepstakes! I only enter for things I really want and don’t spend a lot of time doing it. So far, it’s worked out fabulous for me. Even if it feels like you will never win anything, one day something just may show up at your door when you least expect it.

Plin : I don’t.. but I pretty much stick to nationally known company sweepstakes and then blog giveaways….. If I’ve never heard of the company I usually stay away or any sort of travel company I stay away from because they will call you.. oh and insurance companies… I don’t know that they will call or send me stuff.. I just feel like they will so I’d rather not take the chance..
I’ve started entering giveaways and so far I’ve won about 6 in the past month. Now, if only I could win the lottery. Congrats on your win!
