I just wanted to send a quick thanks to Love My Philly. I was one of 40 winners to receive a coupon for one free Philadelphia Cream Cheese product. I snatched it up at the store today!
Here is my favorite cream cheese recipe (courtesy of my mother).
Cheese Ball
1 8oz cream cheese bar (softened)
1 small can chopped olives
1 tsp. Worcester sauce
3 green onions (chopped)
1 pkg dried beef (chopped)
Mix together all but half of the dried beef into a ball. Chill ball for one hour then roll in the remaining dried beef.
Eat with crackers for a yummy snack or appetizer.

Congratulations!! Yummy recipe, I think I will try it the next time I need an appetizer.
I usually only make it on Christmas and Thanksgiving.. I’m not sure why.. it’s really easy and ridiculously good… hope you like it!
